A BOC is a grab-bag of random junk Woot has lying arount the warehouse. It’s a game to see if you can get them. Although Woot tries to make it interesting by suggesting it could randomly be something quite valuable, those who posted on the Woot comments chat say what they’ve gotten is not something they “or anyone else” would want.
