I ended up buying it for $269.97 from a third party seller with no tax. Not sure if there’s a catch but I couldn’t find any mention of new or refurbished. Hope it’s new!

I also bought both. This is technically the better deal because it has 128GB storage, as opposed to 32GB. Both are great buys though.
But keep in mind this one is a mini the other one is a full size
