Sent a quick message to seller… walmart messaged me a couple minutes later with a refund… didn’t say anything about returning the items
Hi I ordered 6 cartons (16 /250 packs) and I got 6 250 packs .tried calling Simply medical 3 times and was told that somebody else is handling it and they will reach him by email since Wednesday nobody has replied
I used the contact seller option on Walmart.com. The next morning I had an email from Walmart notifying me of a refund. No direct response from the seller and no request to return the 3 packs I received instead of 3 cases that I ordered.
