Why is it so cheap?
1. One old Gen. vs 8th Gen. (2 Cores / 4 Threads vs 4/8).
2. No SSD.
3. It seems cheap TN screen panel.
There is the Core i5 8th Gen. version with IPS Panel for 600$ in Amazon, But i think for someone who need only dual core laptop is very worthy deal instead Core i3 8th Gen.
Does Acer come close to Dell or HP ?
I’ve had good experiences with Acer, remevrr this has the home version is, and is most likely not the most robustly built machine. If you plan on lugging it around all the time, buy a Lenovo, otherwise this should be ok for most people’s needs
Like, there’s a difference between assemblies of Asian parts?
But lowest price I can find for this on Amazon is $525.
