In for 2 sets – Based on past experience with Walmart my guess is this is for only one chair (not the 4 chairs stated in the description). Did store pickup so will just refuse and get refund if not 8 chairs.

On other sites listing this deal they say that you only get 1 chair. It’s a mistake.

I don’t understand why I need a screenshot. It clearly says 4 pack in the confirmation email.

received my order of 144 boxes. dan was right, received 144 chairs only, on the phone with them now. they told me my options are return them to store, or put shipping labels on all of them. i told them i am not lifting a finger for their mistake, and i want a full refund, and keep the chairs i have. or i will dispute.

Received 2 chairs, instead of 2 packs. Called Walmart, and as i am not interested in fighting.

I was told to return to store. Does anyone know how i get refunded in store for shipping and back to.

I wrote a nice email explaining that the item description said 4 pack. Their response was that the website is now updated to reflect it’s only 1 chair, but since at the time I ordered it said 4 they refunded me my money. Not sure why there’s a need to fight about this with them…..

sometimes the mentch way gets the results.

I also sent an email and got a full refund with an apology. Could be different because I only ordered 1 pack instead of 144.

Just got back from Walmart with my 4 chairs. Manager admitted that it was a mistake but was nice enough to get me the 4 chairs (upgraded to oversized since stores don’t carry the same ones), without a fight. Now that is what I call customer service. And treating them nicely does help 😉

I did site to store for free delivery. I went to pick up the 4 chairs and only got 1. The highly trained store employees/managers were baffled. They told me to take the 1 chair and then call customer service. Customer service told me it was a price error and that they couldnt ship me 3 more for that price. So they said I could just keep the 1 chair. Customer service freebie!! Thanks Dan
