Store pickup only gave me a drill. When I went inside they said it must be a mistake & wouldn’t give me the batteries…

Got only a drill then I called up eventually spoke to a resolution expert who trIED to reorder two batteries via a gift card he gave me. We got disconnected. I had asked for compensation they gave me a 150 gift card.
I also received only the tool without the batteries. Is there a picture of the offer with the 2 batteries?
I just picked up today, they first gave me only the tool, but after some discussion and showing them the details they just have me the single battery with rapid charge off the shelf (they didn’t have the 2 battery). It seems the SKU is only for the tool.
What details did you show them, do you have a picture of the description with the 2 batteries and charger?
False promo. Went to 2 stores and even saw a Ryobi rep. Tool only 49. No deal whatsoever
Home Depot has changed the description of the SKU. Even though all of the confirmation emails I got after my order state 2 battery packs plus charger, plus free Impact Driver, I received only the impact driver and the current online order status shows that’s what I ordered!
Calling HomeDepot was not helpful. Since the rep couldn’t see my emails, only the current description, she couldn’t see any problem. She suggested that I call Ryobli that I was “missing parts”!!
Any suggestions, besides the obvious – admitting defeat and returning it?
Got just the Impact Driver delivered. Home Depot changed the description of the SKU. The emails I got confirming my order and shipment all show 2 Batteries, Charger, and Free Impact Driver. But now the link and my online order status all show only the Impact Driver.
Calling HomeDepot was not helpful, as the Rep could not see anything wrong with my order. As far as she can tell, I got what I ordered. She did not want me to forward her my emails. She suggested that I call Ryobli to complain about “missing parts”!!
Any suggestions (besides just returning it?)
