perhaps i am just searching incorrectly, but i cant find any.
i did ask one place to use their doordash/ubereats and no luck.
Ask them why not? They can always raise the prices, so they lose nothing by being on there.
i just asked a new pizza place that just opened – rocket slice – and their response was that rather then selling thru doordash, they use a service called chownow for checkout. during checkout, if choose delivery option and pay $8+ in delivery fees – doordash/ubereats is randomly chosen.
