BOGO items are excluded. The terms specifically states that it does not apply to already discounted items and offers.
Capital one savor stopped the Uber one credits as of 11/14. If you don’t want to pay for it then you should cancel the subscription. Any other no annual fee cards offer this benefit?
Amex gold and platinum have ~$10 and $15 monthly, there might be others I am not aware of

Because you can sign up to drive with uber and then it’s essentially a pickup order.

Deliveey fees cost 40% or more, so its no deal. Try both, delivery or p u. See the difference. Its cheaper for me to pick up.
