Postmates no longer allows me to use promotions like this or $15 off $40 etc even after I successfully apply them to my account and see them listed. I emailed Postmates and they said that there was a breach of the Uber terms of service. Now every time I place an order and apply a promo and click submit order, the order does not go through. Can anyone assist? I’m so confused.
I have a same issue, spoke with Uber Support since 2 weeks, no one can help, all they are telling me to uninstalled,logout, reinstalled and reboot the phone, I have a open ticket with a manager, not sure what causes it, I think using too many promos for postmates

Same issue as you guys. Started about 3-4 weeks ago for me. I was a frequent user of the promos stacking with BOGOs so not sure if thats what the “breach of terms of service” was. Was told they were unable to help me as well.
Looks like the BOGO loophole has been closed. Can anyone else confirm?
