dont sign in. just sign out as guest.
i checked out as a guest and put cc number and everything… it says total depends on verification and then it tells you again that “this person is not eligible”

Does not work…
Told by customer service rep that specific merchants can opt out of promotions and that Capri opted out, so that no promo codes will apply. See “The Fine Print” “Other Conditions Apply” “Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion”.
