Just a HU with Uber Eats, after 3 to 5 complaints, they will no longer provide a refund. I had done about 70 orders or so, after the 5th complaint to them about Uber or the restaurant messing up orders or delivery, they refused to refund me, I had to do a chargeback. Grubhub or Doordash are much more likely to provide a refund if one had a problem with the order.
Not true, doordash has refused to refund or credit me for over 1 year now on anything because I had asked for partial refunds/credits too many times in past (probably 15-20% of my orders). I’ve done similarly with Uber and still get refunded
I personally experienced it with Uber, With doordash I was refunded on orders that didn’t go through. On the Reddit forums, many posers have stated Uber is by far the worst of the food delivery apps and in issuing refunds.
