I recently printed 300 penny prints with them but the shipping (standard, cheapest option) came out to almost $20! Is there anything I can do to get a refund? Is that not ridiculous? They sent the pics in a big box…

works 250 picture for under 10 bucks
FIFTYFREE works for as many prints as u want, not just 50! I placed an order for a few hundred. (i orderd last week and a box arived today on shabbos).But for ONE order only (basically u can apply the code during checkout one time). It expires in January. So I assume Sunday night? U can chat a snappish rep to verify…
In for a soft covered book. I put in about 100 pictures. You can rearrange and resize all the pictures and delete text and photo boxes that are on their templates. Came out to $2.17 with tax!
