Shutterfly does ship.to Israel, but you pay for shipping. Price depends on the item being shipped. If you get something for free, the cost before the discount will be used to calculate taxes. As long as the original price is below $75, there are no taxes. Anything over, you pay the tax on the products plus shipping, and DHL adds a charge for the customs clearance. Truthfully, you are better off shipping to a USA address, and having someone bring the items in a suitcase, even if you pay them for the space.
Have zero need but almost want to do it just to see what happens.

if you are having trouble getting the free shipping, go into manage promos and uncheck the prints for pennies promo. that will bring back the free shipping code for you to check off

The site kept freezing up when I tried to add photos to cart (after adding from my Google Photos) on my phone’s browser. Finally I switched to “Desktop site” in the Chrome menu and was able to complete the order. At first it charged shipping, but when I went to “manage promo codes” and played around unselcting one it showed an option for free shipping on prints, which I selected.

it does not allow free shipping anymore. for those who got the promotion, did it state that shipping and handling is not included? I added 8 8×10’s to my order as well as one other item. i added the code for the 8×10’s but it’s not recognizing it. and when I press freeprints, it’s only allowing free prints and not free shipping. i went to “manage promos” but there is nothing there to manage. it just states that only free prints is allowed and not free shipping. any advice?

I had to open an account as I did not have one. I got a promo for free shipping on $19+. So i ordered a couple mouse pads and got my 7k pictures for $28 total.

I just called the customer service line to change my order from glossy to matte and they were surprised to hear that I got such a good deal. They said it was likely an error and my order will be cancelled.
Often, calling about something like this will cause the deal to be stopped for everyone.
The free prints was a legitimate promo code, which was publicly displayed on Shutterfly. The free shipping was also a promo code which Shutterfly allows stacking codes. No reason to suspect they will cancel orders.
It shipped today. 1225 4×6 and 8 8×10. For just over $6. Pretty insane. Thanks!
