How much will it cost me to get a book? what size? whats the code?

Not sure if anyone will se yhis but I had ordered one with free shipping. Anyway for some reason a few hours b4 it was due to deliver I see that ups has exception and now its on the way back to the warehouse. Called cs, no help but they will resubmit the order, she doessnt know why it was called back. Tried to ask for refund of expidited shiping but she says mo $ spent to refund. Asked for another code but she claimed she had none. Will have to play huca at later date. Did this happen to anyone else?
