I was about to redeem points until Citi asked if I wanted to transfer the points into miles. I had no idea that I could do that so I cancelled the transaction
Anyone else having issues logging into their thank you account? As a Citi checking account holder have been getting an error message for 3 weeks

That’s not the issue…tried different browsers and computers
You need to delete all of their cookies. Search your cookies for citi and delete whatever you see.
