Their customer service is really helpful. Last weekend i bought a starbucks gift card that was invalid w/ the pin provided and they quickly processed a refund for me

Glad you had a good experience with them. Mine was the opposite. I reported two worthless cards to them within the 45 day limit. One they took care of, but closed the ticket without action on the other. When I opened a new ticket on that one (just after 45 days), they told me to go pound sand even though I included the original problem report. I contested with my credit card, and they responded that I’d never contacted them and that I was likely trying to commit fraud.

I’ve never had any issues with CardPool or Raise, who stand behind their cards.
