Buyers beware! These people are scammers! They will almosy surely get your order weong and then forget about getting in touch with them. They are Impossible to deal with. Just check the comments from other cardcash related posts and go on google you will see their reviews.
You can always use amex, and then dispute the charge if you don’t get your order.
I use them several times in the past and I was always satisfied

I placed an order with them last time and they promptly charged my credit card over $1300. I never received an order number, nor did I receive anything but grief from them. I involved the BBB because there was absolutely no reply to any of my e-mail enquiries and it was impossible to get through to them by telephone. They promised a refund and apologized for their “error”, in a e-mail I received from the BBB. To date, no refund was received!!

drew, I second your comments. I ordered a couple of thousand dollars of cards from them, the cards all arrived with $0 value. Trying to reach them is futile. Yes I cancelled with credit card, but why would someone want to go through this trouble.

As a cardcash.com employee I don’t understand what you people’s problems are we have amazing service and we are NOT SCAMMERS we are a true company that deals with any issues you might have and yes sometimes we will make a mistake like every company does but we will take care of it to make shure that we have customer satisfaction so befor you go and blast us think twice we are always here to assist you and take care of any problems.

@Jake: I bought a card, didnt get it. emailed a few times and no answer. Called and was #75 on line. Why dont you read th comments posted on this site, by last cardcash post. May be instead of just standing up for your company, you can actually help solve the issues.
@Jake I bought a starbucks GC (about $200 worth) from your website a few months ago and it arrived with $0.
To cardcash’s credit, I was issued a refund, but it involved work. But this should not have happened in the first place, especially with a starbucks GC. When you buy the card, surely you verify that it has value ? And if you can verify that it has value, surely you can transfer the balance to a card under cardcash’s control, so the person you bought from, or anyone else, can’t drain the balance ?
You said in your message that “Despite our thorough verification process some bad cards can occasionally slip through our system.” What am I saying is that, at least for starbucks GC, you can make it almost impossible. That you didn’t make it so, thus leaving the risk to your customer, says to me two things, not exhaustively or exclusively:
1. Your verification process, and your team that handles fraud and abuse, is not competent.
2. Insulating customers from risk is not worth the trouble:

@richard yellpin: we have plenty of staff to handle calls and emails but due to the holidays we are very backed up like every company so just have patience we will get to you
I’ve put in 3 or 4 orders for less than $100 each and have had no problems. I’ve only bought physical cards, and they’ve all had the value they’re supposed to have. I’ve never had to deal with customer service, so I don’t know whether the scenarios described here are the norm.
Dunno if this is the same as the regular card cash website… But I have ordered from there many times and was very happy.
I ordered 2 cards after the first post. Neither worked!!!! Please Dan let me know my recourse and research this

I was hesitant to use these guys based on all the negative reviews, but I figured how bad could it be. I placed one order for one card, subsequently, saw in my account that they placed multiple orders on my account. They only sent me one card, and the value on it was ZERO. After wasting a lot of time they did say that they would refund me, but I still have to get around to checking my credit card. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!
I bought a $100 payless card and 2 $25 dsw cards last night. They all worked and I already bought new gift cards with them. (I bought them before I saw all these comments, had I seen these I probably wouldn’t have bought them, but B”H it worked out).

Purchased $400 e-giftcard on Dec 23 which promised to be delivered to email address within 2 hrs which I planned for Xmas gift. Received the delivery in mail, but only one gift card..the remaing $300 worth of gift card never arrived. Never response to emails (I emailed them 4 times) and I waited for 3 hrs to talk to one of the representative on Jan 8. The reps promised to issue refund within 24 hrs. 10days have passed and I still don’t get my refund.
I had issues with cashcard two of 3 transaction with them. NOT WORTH the saving !!!!

Purchased many times. Always had a great experience. Even when the card I ordered would not arrive on time, I called them and they emailed me the info on the card on the spot. I would purchase from them again without any hesitation. (No, I am not affiliated with them)

i have no reason to wage war against this company other than the fact that they royally ripped me (and many others apparently) off. they are really sick people. they have no problm ripping you off with a smile. sad to see.
I paid $320 for an e-giftcard on January 19. They promised delivery within 24-48 hours. They have still not delivered it 5 days later. I called them 3 times and the recorded message told me I was caller number 32 on the hold line. I emailed them and did not receive an answer. I sent a message via their website and received no response. I called AMEX to dispute the charge. I feel let down by Dan on this one.

I ordered from cardcash as you are advertising this company. My first few orders went fine but now I purchased a gift card that was never mailed to me and a card that was not valid when it came. I emailed them 8 times without a reply and called and waited 2.5 hrs on hold. The women told me it would be resolved the same day but it never was. I tend to believe all these other people that at the least they have poor service and are possibly running a scam.

contacted the dans email and finally got a response. They said they would email the card immediately but turns out the cannot. They then said they will refund but no word on when. Should have been immediate. Still have not heard back about my invalid 20 dollar card.
Never had a problem like this with any other dans product….

with the exception of the marketing director no one has gotten back to me in. they did send my dicks gift card after 8 days and 7 emails but it has no pin ans is worthless. the marketing director is looking into it but still no word on a refund on this or my 20 dollar zappos gift card. I offered to accept a different card but they said no. This is the only dans deal I have ever participated in that is a complete bust. I am actually dissapointed that they are still being promoted on this site.

Purchased 2 (200$) Kmart gift cards after Dan posted about the deal here. Today i was embarrassed while checking out at Sears when the gift cards turned out to be deactivated and at 0$ balance. I have emailed cash card claims and the special email address here . Hope am able to get my money back soon

@Dan: I have been dealing with jeremy at card cash for almost 3 weeks trying to get 20 dollars refunded. Still no money in my account. I am greatful I did not make a large purchase as I originally intended (to stack the 50% banana discount with the 25% discount and use card cash money) Even with Jeremy as the dansdeals contact I still cannot get a refund. I am done with cardcash but will still patronize other more reputable dans deals and advertisers.
