On the headline of the Groupon post it says 4 locations and I just chatted with Groupon and they confirmed that.

2. Change your city and search for Chuck E. Cheese. Valid nationwide. It’s just showing locations near you.
3. The fine print itself says “eGift Card not valid at 1202 Nodak Drive, Fargo, ND or 100 24th Street, Billings, MT Chuck E. Cheese locations.”
Ergo, everywhere else works.
