Just a word of caution about Coffee Bean – I tried to use my Coffee Bean card at their store at 280 Broadway in downtown Manhattan, but they said they don’t accept their own gift cards, because they don’t have the machine that processes them.
I haven’t yet tried it in their other stores…
just tried to sell them $250 in marriot cards. after waiting 2 weeks, called them, they want me to fill out a form with my bank account and drivers license….i refused and told them to send it back…it would have been nice if they would have disclosed that upfront. not good business practice. just my 2 cents
