Cancelled without a email notification
Thank you! My order got cancelled with no email notification. I am in line to chat now, although I am #743 in line, thats insane!
After an hour on chat, I had no luck. The most they were willing to give was 15% off.
I started out as #815 in line, but only took 30 minutes to get to me.
I just chatted they said no way to reinstate but can give 10% discount on new price…
Any luck for anyone? I tried nothing…
Who’s getting anything reinstated? They offered me $30 off a new one, then $40 off a new one and then 20% off any order. Nothing useful!
