I’d be interested, can anyone vouch for the quality of the wine?
IMO it’s solidly mediocre, but for $8 a bottle what can you expect. It’s quite earthy with mushroom and chocolatey undertones but not overwhelming. I don’t regret buying a case last time it was this price, although I won’t be reordering. Of course, wine tastes are very individual, your take may be very different.
Since you asked , i will tell you how it has undertones of smoky keychup on the tongue while reverberation touches of cinema cocktail over tender roaches. It is known to go down well with Maldivian cheese aged from the dinosaur era.
As a side note, it did win the royal delux napa medal for three years not in a row.
