No. If you’re not lacking electrolytes and fluids, adding extra isn’t helpful, and might make you over-discharge, leaving you worse off.
It’s good for after tisha b’av to replenish what you lost during the fast, although so are many “normal” foods.

The link you provided says “Symbol required.” So you didn’t really answer the question.
To be fair I think literally all products on the OU website say that…frustrating but consistent.
In one of the reviews, you can see an OU next to the barcode.
I would still suggest checking your order when you get it, to make sure that ones you get have the hashgacha.
