I ordered 2 orders of 3 each with 2 different emails credit cards… one for pickup and one for expedited delivery for today
The order that was for pickup I picked up already at my local best buy but the order for delivery got canceled alittle after the deal went dead

Samsung cancelled my order when I went to Best buy to pickup my order.

I went to BB to pick it up and they said order was cancelled although I never got an email stating it was cancelled.

I have decided to no longer deal with orders like this. It went through and I received 3 emails confirming the order including that store pick up would be avauilable for 5 days. I unfortunately went to wrong store (one closer to me) and was told need to go to another. Before I could do so and 12 hrs after order confirmation I received cancellation that it was not in stock. That may be true but was not the reason for the cancellation. I called and was told that cancellation was because of mistake in promotion on website. Companies do not stand by mistakes which this clearly was.

My order was cancelled too, but the refund was for 148 when the original purchase was 155. Restocking fee for an out of stock item?

I ordered 2 and got shipping confirmation and UPS tracking for both. One is supposed to deliver today (Tues) and one tomorrow (Wed)

received email that Delivery order got cancelled (see text below) .. funny thing they never shipped and just lying about not being able to deliver even after 3 attempts!!

“We regret to inform you that we have cancelled your order as it could not be delivered after making 3 attempts. We will refund your account within 3 to 5 working days.”

I got the order cancelation too. They have a nerve to say they attempted delivery 3 times, when it wasn’t even shipped. I tried calling customer service & even spoke to a manager for 30 min.. To No help. They won’t replace order or anything. If anyone else figures out how to get them to reissue the order at the sale price, keep us posted 🙂
