Please note that they charge sales tax in both NY and NJ (I didn’t try any other states, but I am assuming they charge it there too.)
Also note that the battery is a 4 cell, non-user replaceable battery. This means the battery is built into the laptop and can’t be replaced without opening up the laptop and taking a whole bunch of components out.
