is it
a good piece?
Anyone have an idea if this deal is better than the deal posted earlier today for the Toshiba for 349? Which one gives more bang for your buck?
It came out to $379.97 for me
on mobile phone, goes to a different laptop
plus 5% visa savings edge
MaaYanky: how do you get it down to 379.97?
@MaaYanky:
That’s the wrong computer, click on view desktop site.
@menachem_m:
Indeed!
@ari:
It’s the wrong computer.
I also ordered the $379 but that’s not the same computer what @dan posted
I cannot seem to edit the configuration for full HD etc even while using the desktop site
I apologize, I looked in wrong place. Please ignore my last comment.
$48 in taxes in NY
@Anonymous: Nope not the same mobile site gives a different one.
Any i7 out there for under $500??
i7 CPU but only 4GB of RAM, not expandable. Windows 8 but no touchscreen. I think I figured out why it’s so cheap…
I’m confused though, the i5 version says it has 6GB of RAM, but still says the maximum is 4…
Lenovo think pad are the way to go. Just updated my ram and added a second ssd in my ultrabay optic drive. As well switched keyboards. Great computers for updating. Oh and I bought it on ebay used for $75! Go figure.
How do you load all your software onto the SSD ?
@Oren,
What makes you think the ram isn’t expandable? I;m pretty sure these can take 16GB Ram
is it expandable or not
@eli:
yes the z series is a polished well built line of computers from lenovo. its a great computer. i have bought 3 z- line of computers in the past they are all great!!
@rediplus: you can download a program to copy ur spin-drive(hhd) to your new ssd or u can just re install the windows cd’s on the ssd and start afresh(i recommend). (u will need a special wire though to connect ssd to usb for transfer.(some ssd’s come with software and wire for transferring)
A friend ordered the same model and has been waiting for the company to ship it for a month now bc they were updating the processor. Find out first how long it will take to get it before purchasing.
actually hers was the z40 but find out just in case
