You can buy three of them (one per order, so you need to order three times) to bring your total spending at Best Buy to over $250. If you are enrolled in the AmEx offer, you get back $25. The result is that you got $300 of iTunes for $230.
This is based on my understanding of the AmEx offer:
1) Unlike some other AmEx offers, this offer does not say it has to be a single purchase.
2) Offer specifically states it is valid at BestBuy.com.
3) Offer states E-gift card purchases excluded but this does not appear to be an e-gift card.
