Found the issue. I have a delta business platinum, which does not have that benefit.

2. This comes with a $100 Visa gift card.
Use your Freedom Card to get 5 points per $1 when using paypal as a checkout option. However you whould lose the Amex business 10% offer & the $100 business Platinum offer.
