Update: You must enroll in this offer by today and redeem it by the 20th! Additional member week offers from The Container Store, Hilton, Under Armour, HBO, and more are also available.
As I wrote about last week, you can now enroll in a $50 off $100 AMEX Offer at Dell. You can enroll in the offer through 10/14 or while supplies last. You need to redeem the offer by 10/20.
Additionally, AMEX business cards have another offer for 10% or 20% back at Dell that will stack with this offer.
You’ll want to make sure that you save these offers to the same card to stack savings.
Plus, AMEX Business Platinum cardholders can register here for $200 cash back on up to $200 of purchases at Dell.com every January-June and $200 cash back every July-December.
Stacking the 10%, $50, and $200 offers together should mean that if you spend $277.80 at Dell, your total would be just 2 cents!
Stacking the 10%, $50, and $200 offers together should mean that if you spend $277.79 at Dell, your total would be free!
Stacking the 20%, $50, and $200 offers together should mean that if you spend $312.52 at Dell, your total would be free!
You can also split payments between 3 AMEX cards!

Does 120 off 599 and 50 off 100 stack?
Sure.
Does it mean $170 off $599?
Yes.
i also am targeted for these dell offers, Get +1 Membership Rewards® point per eligible dollar spent. Up to 25,000 points, and Spend $599 or more, get $120 back
I assume that the total for the $50 off $100 would apply as long as it’s $100 after tax?
So 99.99 would be fine?
Correct
Does tax work to make the order over $100 if the item is $99.99
Yes

Can I buy gift cards?
Dan, advice on how to get orders through Dell without them canceling? This is a serious problem for many of us.
Agreed. This is a nightmare trying to use the offer. I’m not sure how a company can operate like this.
My orders all get cancelled within a few minutes, without notification, or any details about how to resolve the issue.
Call them to clear your account (assuming you’re not actually doing funny business).
Have tried that many times. Usually when I call to place an order it doesn’t get canceled, but as of yesterday that isn’t even working.
Same here. Absolute nightmare.
I now can’t order anything (even physical products). Tried calling numerous times, but there doesn’t appear to be any solution.
I have to get this resolved though, as I need to spend $400/year on my Amex Platinum Business card.
If i already added it to one of my cards, is there any chance i will still see it by my platinum?
You can only add it to one card, which is why I wrote to make sure you save it to the right card.
I need a keyboard and mouse. I see the mx keys business comes as a combo and the regular mx keys combo isn’t available on Dell. Can anyone recommend what the better option is. Thanks
Can you split payments to take advantage of multiple cards discount (from spouse etc.)?
Sure, you can use up to 3 cards!
Can anyone recommend a good laptop for <$600, Thanks!
Does the Xbox gift card work for Microsoft 365 as well?
Yes
wired google nest protect is out of stock but battery powered one isn’t( link below is too the wired one )
does the $200 credit work for Dell outlet purchases made on dell.com?
If I enroll for this $50 of $100 offer, and make a $200 purchase on the Business Platinum- will both offers trigger and I’ll actually MAKE $50?
My guess is yes, but AMEX will claw it back at some point if you make a profit.
Did that ever happen to people with the Marriott Brilliant $300 credit? I know I was able to stack that with an Amex offer ($40 off $200) in the past and keep the $40 profit and never got clawed back, but maybe others were.
But even assuming you’re right- that would mean I’d need to spend only $250 so I break even- and not the full $300 that would be required if no stacking was possible.
It happened to me with the $200 and 10% in the past, so I started doing $222.22 instead of $200.
Correct.
Can this be spread out across additional users as well, for example amex BP primary card has $50/100 offer + 10% and additional has 20% offer, can I spend $100 on primary card and $200 on additional card to maximize offer? Thanks!
If I have $50 off $100 and $40 off $200 (on a the personal Amex platinum) then if I just spend $200 I would get $90 back?
Yes
Does it work for GC?
How long till the 200 credit typically posts?
If i order two items to total $300 and they ship separately (which means Dell will charge the card separately for each item), will I receive all the credits?
It can be in multiple transactions.
Thank you. I see now it says “one or more purchases”, missed that before.
Good q… I’m wondering about that for the 50 off 100 offer.
It can be in multiple transactions.
I don’t have the plat., but I have the $50 off $100 and 20% off. So essentially, if I order a total of $100, I’ll get $70 back, correct?
And side question, the 20% offer says must make purchase at dell.com/amex. The “/amex” is necessary?
Correct.
Not necessary.
Thank you, gs and gyt.
They are not going to ship my mouse till November, and they don’t charge the credit card till then – will I get my $50 back?
Which ear buds sold by Dell are the best?
Dan-
So you love the MX Keys Keyboard
You also mentioned you tried all three of the MXMechanical keyboards when they came out a few months ago
Which do you prefer and why
Be careful with some items that might not ship in time to trigger the spend! I had a back ordered item that wasnt going to ship until nov 1. Had to place an other for something else!
Is it clear that you won’t be able to get the credit? I have a laptop that might not ship on time that I split payment over 3 cards.
Any idea how they stack (if my total order is $240, would they credit the $200 and $40 or $50 and $190 leaving $10 for the next order)?
Where can I sell my Xbox gift cards besides eBay ?
Looks like non of the third party gift card sellers are accepting it
