Verizon: Claim An Extra 1GB Of Data For Free

Whats the catch?

I have 5 lines and 2 are grandfathered. I was hoping to get the extra gig for the 3. “Unfortunately your plan is not eligible”.

why does this happen?

Was over my limit. Worked like a charm.
The promo is per account not per line.

It looks like your plan doesn’t qualify. But no worries, You can change your plan to get your free 1GB.

Does this offer have an expiration date? Does it have to be done today?

correction, as you posted I received 1GB, I had from a previous Verizon promotion another GB, it combined the two online

Probably only works on their current plans (bucket of data).

I tried and I am not eligible as well. What you can do is call up Verizon Wireless and ask if you are eligible. If you are not, then ask them what they could do as a one time offset. I asked and the customer service rep gave me a credit to offset the 1GB of data.

I called Verizon because we were over on our data..wanted to hold it..They upped to the next increment & placed $35 credit on our plan..Thanks Verizon!..(heard theyre the highest price plan so..they should give us credit!!)

Do I need to be a verizion costumer for deals on the 25th?

as per Gerry i did ask for one time offset and they still where not capable of doing it. Then the Rep gave me a $5 credit.
Nationwide plan is not included only.”More everything” plan and the Verizon plan…. These are the most current plans.

In for the free gig. Great timing as my billing cycle just started up on the 15th.

can this 1 GB be added on each phone of the account or only one per account.?
Also is this for this month only or does it stay on my account FOREVER…?

My plan wasn’t included either. Kinda unfair, as they make it sound like everyone was entitled to the extra gig.

Verizon tells me my plan does not qualify for 1gb free for month.

Not sure why, I’m only getting 2gb per month now.
