Plans have unlimited minutes, SMS, 5G data, and mobile hotspot. In times of traffic, your data may be temporarily slower than other traffic. Mobile hotspot speeds are capped at 5 Mbps. Call and texts to Canada and Mexico are included for free as well.
If you have 1 line you pay $40, 2 lines is $35/line, 3 lines is $30/line, and 4+ lines is just $25/line.
There is no contract and you can cancel at anytime. Phones are automatically unlocked after 60 days of service.

I entered my imei and it says not compatible, but wondering if I enter a compatible phone imei, will I be able to use the sim card in my other phone?

If you need reliable internet do not switch to visible. Sometimes it’s great other times it’s useless. I definitely get dropped calls once in a while which never happened on Verizon. Additionally if you want to switch your number back to Verizon it’s very complicated. There is no customer service phone line only chatting so if you get into an issue it’s very difficult to resolve.
You get what you pay for…
this year they got smarter and all the promotions require 3 months of service. Last year it was a true party!
Does Visible include international SMS for free?
From experience Cricket Mobile says they include it, but it doesn’t work (to Israel). Verizon Wireless postpaid SMS to Israel is included and works.
