Am I able to unlock these phones if I buy them?
im on a sero plan and am hitting 22 months on my contract next week. even with the $150 discount the phones look really expensive. Is there a way to get sprint to discount a phone?
What do I do if I have a broken iphone that does not work anymore and does not come with a sim card?
@Dan E:
If you know how to unlock phones, then these won’t be any different.
@moishe:
Call retentions.
@ELI:
iPhones, as well as all GSM phones, must have a SIM card.
what is up with these sprint dealers that are offering crazy plans with free incoming lots of minutes bbery srvce etc.. if you pay cash up front? please more info dan?
the sim card for the iphone can be removed by sticking a paper clip into the little hole in the top center of the phone
ye wats wit those sprint deals ive been hearing about?? are they legit???
will these phones work with the old ATT plan? (before it was bought by congular and then became ATT again)
Will it work eith ANY AT@T plan?
will these phones work in israel
@joe: if you now have a att sim card you can just put it in the new phone and it will work
@Mordechai Brudno: yes any att plan
@moshe: only if you unlock them i dont think the nokia 2610 works in Israel, because it doesnt support the right frequency .
Additionally the easiest way to unlock an att phone is when you get the phone register it to an existing att account, call them up and tell them you got a new phone, hang up call back tell them you are traveling overseas and want the unlock code, depending on the phone you will either get the code right away or it will be sent by email within a few days.
They dont give you unlock phones unless you have it with a prepaid plan for at least 30 days…. So if you are planning on using it in israel just buy the phone from at&t and buy the unlock codes on Ebay for about $10 each and you have an unlocked phone that you can put a cellcom SIM in for around $50
@moshe:
Any of the world phone will work in Israel, provided you get them unlocked.
@hocker: or you could just use someone elses plan
That is true, but I just bought on ebay unlock code for a new pantech for less than $4, then you can sell the unlocked phone in israel (to israelies) for 4 times the price
dan sprint ….where is the cheapest place to buy refurb sprint phones
@chazak:
ebay
@dan is the man:
What do you mean by crazy deals?
Is it works for first time buyer?
