Can this be combined with note 7 credit?
No.
Note7 credit is $425 versus this public offer of $300, saving $125. The other benefit is that with a valid link you’re eligible to trade in any phone on their list for that $425. The best route is a refurbished iPhone 5s from straight talk using a cb portal, coupon code (if any are available) and then selling the $35 refill card that comes with it.
As Dan outlined, the best route for those using the public $300 trade-in offer is probably the LG G4. eBay bucks were just released too, so it’s a good time to burn them if you have any.

Not sure, but I just use Google Hangouts to make WiFi calls.
WingIt It will not allow wifi calling like a Verizon-purchased phone will. I bought an S8 a few months ago and have talked to both VZW and Samsung/ As Dan said, use Google Hangouts

you need to call them. I spoke to them and they asked me for a screenshot that i emailed. They gave me a ticket number and told me to order it and once it ships to call them back and they will refund me.

Don’t forget unidays edu discount. If no edu, there’s ways to get one. Obviously these are YMMV but definitely use them because you have nothing to lose. Open an incognito page and use the unidays link to get to the main page of Samsung. Log in and go through the prompts until you’re at the final page.
Also, you can request a free SIM card on the final checkout page. It’s somewhat hidden but look for the little drop down icon. I picked up a couple of Tmobile SIMS this way.
I’ve read a few data points lately suggesting that if you’re looking for an unlocked version and want it faster that going orchid grey is the way to go. Obviously this is just speculation because Samsung doesn’t appear to have any rhyme or reason to how they’re shipping these out.
If you have a valid note 7 link you’ll do even better, but the deal here as described is as good as it gets for an unlocked phone.
I personally scored big time here with $478 net cost plus the bundle (note7 link, iphone5s, ink+ etc). Awesome phone too! Couldn’t be any more happy. The live picture mode has already been amazing when taking our girls on their first trip to the beach. I’d buy the phone for the camera alone.
