Looks like they’re pulling the shipments also. I got no confirmation of refund so I hope that I won’t have to fight for my dollar back… I’ve had enough of fighting for refunds recently
Same here. I just spoke to FedEx to see why the package made a U-turn and they said that the shipper requested that the delivery be cancelled.
Ugh, I reached out to them about the order being pulled back,they told me it’s because they didn’t have my unit number even though it’s on my invoice. straight faced liars, Horrible costumer service and I didn’t get any refund yet.
I don’t think tracfone is honoring these purchases. I placed 11 orders and they even shipped some, then they recalled them. I see statement credits appearing on my credit card. Oh well, was worth a try…
