Dan, any thoughts on the Samsung Upgrade program? Have you heard if people have successfully upgraded their phones of if Samsung just scams you because they have absolutely no customer service ?

Last Samsung died with no warning during warranty, chatted for service center, they did not have any in ny nj or not even mailing in.
Went to a frum repair guy

I think samsung customer service is trash as well but they do have a store in Manhattan if needed. Apple has much better support but android offers a lot more in terms of options customization & apps
If you are with Verizon, be aware that the unlocked versions of the S9/S9+ do not support WiFi calling.
Just use Google voice when you want that?
Verizon WiFi calling/texting is very valuable if your in isreal and want to use your American number for free.
Again, why not just use the Google voice or Hangouts app for that?
If a user depends on WIFI Calling because cellular reception sux where he is at, using Google Voice forces him to use his GV phone# for outgoing and incoming calls. BUT, what is he wants to use his Verizon cell# for these calls (like if his business card contains his cell#) ? No go.
