i have same question about page plus (which is under verizon). basically – page plus uses verizon service, so i cant imagine why not

I buy several unlocked refurbished APPLE phones each year and take them to foreign countries for gifts. They work fine overseas with a local sim card.
They have to be APPLE Iphones. Verizon,sprint iPhones won’t work or may not work.
