I ordered one successfully on 6/30/15, and when I didn’t receive any updates, I called today (7/6): The item was never shipped, they are out of stock, no estimate on next batch, and they were never going to let me know any of this.
I cancelled my order. If you completed an order, don’t hold your breath to receive this.

I called today July 9th and got the same response as Bruce.
I asked for a supervisor and had this escalated.
Has anyone received their order?

@Chaya: It is Sep. 30….3 months after I placed the order and have received the same response as Chaya and Bruce but I did NOT cancel the order! I will take it up with the BBB and let Canon come through on their deceptive advertising practice.
