can anyone explain once and for all, as the elph series switches #’s are they better higher or lower?

Amazon actually lowered it to $105.00. They monitor competitors’ site and adjust their prices accordingly.

@dogo: the elph’s were always in the 1, 3 and 5’s. started as 100, 300 and 500. and then 110 310 and 510. now they’re at 130 330 and 530.

Can anyone say ‘AMEX Return Protection’ (x5 for me)?? 😉

@Dogo: yes but minor. like improved mega pixels, auto focus in video. but over all the same. if i needed a basic camera and not looking for anything fancy or for a gift, i’d grab it. i’ve never seen this so cheap. (i work for a camera store).

Please note – this camera is the 115 IS, not the very similar but better HS model. The 8GB card included is only a Class 4 no-name SD card, not worth much. Yes, this is a good deal, but even better deals might show up in the next few weeks.
