While it doesn’t say NIB, never OPENED, probably a solid deal on a great laptop. I think this configuration is going away actually, more people want at least 256GB SSD..but this one works great if you can handle that one little deficiency

Not to be nit picky, but that text quoted above is the standard boilerplate that EBAY puts in there when one selects NEW, but the vendor didn’t actually put any of that additional text in the listing… that is why it was IMHO suspect…
ur probably not going to have any problem with it, but the vendor never directly said that it was NIB, un-opened..
