Mimi’s Note: I purchased the Cricut Explore Air 2 in July 2023. I have created so many fun projects and absolutely love it! Cricut recently sent me the Cricut Maker 3 and it has some great features that the Explore Air 2 did not. I’ve only just started exploring its additional capabilities, but so far it does not disappoint! I’d definitely say it’s worth the extra splurge and if you find a deal on it, even better! I absolutely love the fact that I can cut materials without using a mat when I use Cricut Smart Materials. Additionally, I really appreciate the wider selection of blades available, which gives me more versatility in my projects. I just ordered the deboss tool to try and create a personalized leather keychain. I’ll keep you all posted on the results!
