Did this deal a week ago buying all FARebate things to make it a nice money maker. Search for total defense bundles they have nice mm on them. Rebate usually comes within 3 weeks. The amex and v.me can not stack as amex offer specifically excludes 3 rd part payment processors. A few people tried and did not get the credit.

Recently had 12 high hat lights installed in our home and needed/wanted LED bulbs. Found the following LG LED bulbs discounted from $50 to $20 on tigerdirect.com (http://t.tigerdirect.com/products/1707057) Bought 6 on my card and 6 on my wife’s (each of us had the $30 statement credit offer). The rebate says only one $20 rebate per household, otherwise we could have cashed in on the rebate twice as each bulb purchase cost >$100. The $30 statement credit already posted on each of our cards.

If I buy this router, with shipping it comes out to more than $100. So I know I’ll get the AMEX credit, but how about the rebate offer? IOW, does the $100 threshold have to be on the item alone, or shipping counts towards the $100?

Seems like many of the items are overpriced compared to amazon etc. IMHO you may find a couple worthwhile items, but otherwise this promotion is not all that hot.
