can a $100 card be split into several smaller cards?
Yes, just used it today. You’ll get 5 $20 codes that you can load onto 5 play cards.
This deal also comps the $3 per play card fee.
so if I buy a $100 deal, it will anyway give me 5 codes?

also, why does it say receive free $20 in free game play. is that additional to the special? extra value added to the card?
It was good for 5 $20 play cards. You can add it to existing cards if you want.
FYI this isn’t as good as a deal as it looks like…. for $67.50 it was a total of 400 game play (5 cards @ $20 each, not a value of $100 which would get you more). if you’d buy that at dave and busters, it would cost you $70.
It’s not as good as we thought it was when we posted it because of how it’s split up.
However, you aren’t factoring in the 5 free game cards, which is a $15 value as they make you buy those separately when buying in-store.

If you are planning on spending $100+, this is NOT a good value, let alone a deal.
Walking in and buying on of their credits packages will give you more credits per dollar.
This deal gives about 6 credits/$1, if you buy the largest package of credits 780/110$ you get more than 7 credits/$1.
Their other good deal is 4×300 credits card for $176
The Groupon IS a good deal for solo or couples.
