I bought a gift card from them for Bloomingdale’s- it didn’t work, the website says you need to contact customer service for a 16 digit gift card. even if it ends up working, its a pain in the neck

I bought in the past plenty of gift cards from them I did have an issue one time I contact customer service they were very helpful and refunded me the whole entire amount.

tried 12pm EST, says “Coupon is no longer available”

Just had two separate coffee bean orders canceled because they didnt have the gift card in stock. This was after they sent me a gift card last week that didnt have any funds on it.

Maybe I’m just impatient but …”it may take 3 – 4 business days for one of our agents to address your concern” is too long a response time in my book. $600.00 worth of American Airlines gifts cards were “DOA”.
I wanted more, but am now leery….

i bought 2 gift cards from them that are expired and they said its after the 45 day policy. BUT THEY SAID IT DOESN’T HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE!!

Fraud fraud fraud. Purchased numerous cards and the amounts ended up gone. Not worth the hassle. They are banking on customers giving up after pursuing the claim pronto realizing the money is gone. Will never do business with them again. By the way, same thing happened to a friend who purchased cards through them. Not worth saving 10%. Buyer beware
