This did not work – I just bought almost $500.00 of Walmart gift cards using your link. It give me only 1% off (their standard rate) and no 5% off. Now what do I do??

Currently waiting to hear back regarding a $1000.00 Bloomingdales gift card that was “invalid” when my wife attempted to make the purchase only ~6hrs after delivery (delivery was almost instant). They’ve always been top notch with returns (and even for a return against me as a seller), but i’ve never had a claim on this high amount and now I have radio silence.

Will call CS on Monday to follow up. Still IMO best reseller out there for buyers or sellers.

Any updates on the above issues? Has anyone tried to handle their problems via the e-mail account that Dan gave us which is specifically for DansDeals members? I would like to purchase from them but not if there are constant problems.

Your company sold numerous fraudulent cards to me. My son had surgery and I called just after the 45 days and you refused to make good. I will never do business with you again and am going to the FTC about your activities. You take peoples money and do not back up your goods. You put all the risk on the consumer, your controls are poor and were downright nasty when I tried to explain my situation. Your company literally stole from me.

I was sold numerous fraudulent cards. Company customer service is terrible. Don’t waste your time with this company -stay away if you do not want aggravation. Dan should not promote this company. If you don’t use or discover you have a fraudulent cared after 45 days,they will deny you. Outright thievery.

Just for another data point, I bought a $1,000 Justice e-gift card, and received it right away – and already spent it. It was valid, and got the card almost instantly. My only purchase with them.

I think the bottom line is to spend the GC within the 45 day guarantee.

They probably get a lot of scammers that sell GCs and then cash them out as well.

Was this issue resolved?

I had an issue with card cash where they didn’t provide me the proper discounts. They emailed me they would refund since October 2015 me but never did. I then sent a request April 7 to dansdeas@cardcash.com with a copy of their customer service promise of refund and still have no reply.

Odd question – but is CardCash owned by residents of Lakewood (if you know what I mean). Just curious. I’ve had good experience with CardCash so far. I’ve bought about $5-6000 of GCs from them with no issues.
