So you can buy a cash card on costco.com with the Amex promo and have it shipped to your house for free.
Then you can use the cash card to get into Costco stores without paying $50 for a membership!

i used to have a costco membership but it expired but since they already had my costco number in my online account im still able to shop online using this number that is expired and it works.

hey, if you use the costco cash cash card to enter costco, when you go to the register to pay, they also ask you for the membership card.. do you again show your cash card? if so, are you gonna have to your your cash card to pay? (cuz this wayy the cash card is a only one time use thing)

i shopped at costco with a gift card, and whe i got to the checkout the manager had to ok it (code 99 i think) and i asked the casheir if i could pay some of the bill with cash and she said sure. Not sure what the official policy is, but it worked, so i can still use the gift card again. I did put some of the bill on the cash card.
I just called them, and I was told that I would be charged the 5% non member surcharge
