ive tried this with all 4 of the 12 digit codes that i got from them (in emails). in uppercase and lowercase . none of them worked in the banana checkout promo box. what am i doing wrong??

i got it from gap also and its it can be 5, 10, 15, 20 or $500 worth. maybe its a different promotion. the banana email also says those amounts.
