It will work on gift cards as long as you have $20 worth of other items. I.e. if you buy an Exxon/Mobil gift card which is on sale for $90 and add another $20 worth of stuff your order will total $90. This worked twice for me.
It works with gift cards. I got one for an airline just fill with other things to 120.00 it looks like it only works for things shipped from the US (not China).
