I have a found that Costco will only let me order one Instacart gift card every 14 days. Any workaround?
You can order two within the same order.
You can do 2 every 14 days. If you have another household member on your account you can create a login for that person and get another 2 every 14 days. You can also buy gift cards in store

Any explanation on how financially it makes sense for Costco to sell these gift cards at 20% off for so long? when many times you end up getting the items for lower than in store price! who is losing money over here and why does it make sense?

i tested the code in my regular same day account but didnt actually place order. now when i want to use for same day business center it says code has already been redeemed. is there anyway to remove the code from my regular same day account? i tried emptying my cart but that didnt work

Costco same day is run by instacart.
You cannot apply the card to both websites. Once it’s applied to Instacart, you can’t apply it to Same-Day and vice-versa.
