Update: Starbucks confirms that you will earn triple Stars if you are registered for both Delta and Marriott and have a Delta flight and Marriott stay that day, or quadruple points if it’s a Starbucks double Stars day.

You normally earn 1 Starbucks Star per dollar spent when using a credit card or 2 Stars when using a gift card or funds loaded in the app. With this promo you’ll earn 2 or 4 Stars per dollar on days with a Marriott paid or award stay.
I assume that if you registered for this and the Delta partnership and have a Delta flight and Marriott stay that day, that you would earn 6 Stars per dollar spent when paying with a gift card in the app?
That assumption is based on the FAQ from the Delta promotion that you will earn 6 Stars per dollar if Starbucks has a double Star day when you buy Starbucks on a day that you have a Delta flight. I guess that means if you also have a Marriott stay that day, you could potentially earn 8 Stars per dollar spent?
