The way it worked for me was to login to the account and then click on the link above: “you’ll get $20 in MyShoes Rewards!”
That will take you into the “https://www.shoes.com/account-loyalty/” page and you will see “MyShoes Rewards Status”. During checkout when you’re about to pay, there’s a section to enter a promo code or select the rewards, make sure you check the rewards box.

that site is crazy overpriced, but I found Skechers Sandals that came down to $7, plus I got a Honeygold Bonus of $3.99 in their points I can redeem. Shipping was free also (I think it comes with joining the reward points thing)
