I placed an order last time they had this sale (clearance-$15) on Aug.2 they decided to ship it out Aug.7 ,not terrible, but disappointing.

Hey JJ- I discovered that the info in this post was inaccurate: Clearance items CAN be returned up to 60 days. These items (at least not all of them) are NOT FINAL SALE ITEMS. Hence, I filed for return protection to AMEX and it was denied since they are indeed returnable. Question is: if I file a NEW claim to AMEX after 60 days but before 90 days- what will happen?
